Sara McGovern

Sara McGovern has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Sr. Lead, Talent Acquisition at Under Armour since June 2021, following roles as Manager and Lead in the same department. Prior to Under Armour, Sara worked at CrossCountry Consulting as Talent Acquisition Manager from December 2017 to May 2021, and at MorganFranklin Consulting as Senior Recruiter and Recruiter from December 2013 to November 2017. Sara began expertise in recruitment as an Executive Recruiter at Randstad Finance & Accounting from November 2011 to December 2013. Sara holds a BA in English and a BA in Journalism and Communications from Penn State University.
