Scott Palmer

Scott Palmer has more than 10 years of work experience, primarily in the legal field. Scott began their career at uPerform in 2010, where they served as Staff Counsel for six years before being promoted to Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary in 2016. In this role, they provided legal advice and guidance to the CEO and senior executive team, offering strategic, operational, corporate, finance, intellectual property, and human resources counsel. Scott also managed corporate records and equity structure. Palmer left uPerform in 2019 and took on a Principal role at Scopal LLC. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Trustees for The Salisbury School from May 2019 to May 2020.

Scott Palmer has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Scott also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.
