Kishore Hotha, Ph.D. is an experienced professional with a strong background in analytical research and development (AR&D) lab operations. Kishore currently holds the position of Vice President- Global AR&D Lab Operations at Veranova, where they are responsible for overseeing lab operations at multiple analytical sites. This includes supporting preclinical/clinical drug candidates and the commercialization of innovator and generic drugs. Kishore is focused on building lab systems, global analytical procedures, and improving lab productivity across the sites. Prior to their current role, they served as the Global Director- AR&D-Lab Operations at Veranova and Head of AR&D-Lab Operations at Lupin, where they led teams and oversaw various analytical responsibilities. Kishore has also held positions at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, contributing to the development and validation of drugs through their expertise in analytical research. Their extensive work experience showcases their strategic leadership, technical oversight, and ability to respond to regulatory deficiencies.

Kishore Hotha, Ph.D. pursued their Doctor of Philosophy in Analytical Chemistry at JNTU Anantapur. Their education history also includes completing the Green Belt-Operational Excellence program in Lab Operations at BMGI from 2017 to 2019.
