Erin Jansky

Erin Jansky, MBA, has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Erin began their career as a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Flood & Favata, where they provided legal support in civil litigation, corporate filings, workers' compensation, and real estate transactions. Erin also played a crucial role in updating the firm's filing systems for improved organization and efficiency.

In 2010, Erin joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Paralegal, where they handled a high caseload of insurance defense claims. Their responsibilities included preparing and filing legal documents, coordinating investigations, and managing communication between clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

In 2012, Erin transitioned to UMass Medical School, where they held the positions of Paralegal and Senior Compliance Specialist. As a Paralegal, they managed the development and distribution of the department's communication materials and helped transform complex compliance topics into concise messages for a wide audience. In their role as a Senior Compliance Specialist, they successfully launched the organization-wide "CARES" brand, which resulted in increased visibility and compliance.

Since 2016, Erin has been working with the Worcester Housing Authority. Erin initially served as the Director of Human Resources, where they focused on ensuring compliance with employment regulations, managing the recruitment process, and developing effective policies and procedures. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Employee Experience Officer, where they oversee strategic employee engagement initiatives.

Erin Jansky, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Erin pursued this degree from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Northeastern University from 2006 to 2007. Erin completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Rhode Island from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Erin Jansky has also obtained various certifications. Erin received the Massachusetts Public Housing Administrator (MPHA) certification from Mass NAHRO in May 2018. Furthermore, they hold Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma White Belt certifications from UMass Medical School, obtained in June 2015 and April 2015 respectively.
