Corey Johnson

Scientist at Wugen

Corey Johnson began their career in 2010 as a Master Student of Biology at Truman State University, where they completed an independent thesis research project involving image segmentation and statistical analysis of two closely related nematode species' embryos. Corey also completed course work and laboratory teaching as part of their degree. In 2012, they became a Research Technician II at Washington University in St. Louis. In 2015, they joined MilliporeSigma as an Associate Production Scientist, where they extracted, processed, purified and validated proteins and enzymes from source material on a large industrial scale. In 2021, they moved to Wugen as a Scientist, and later became an Associate Scientist in CMC working on off-the-shelf cancel cell therapies. Corey then pivoted to the MSAT team as a process technical transfer specialist.

Corey Johnson attended Truman State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General.
