Aaron Harden

Aaron Harden joined CF Real Estate Services at the beginning of 2019 as the Director of Asset Management. Aaron partners with investors and our operations team to drive value at the property level and execute our business plans. In his role, Aaron works with team members across all departments, ensuring that there is a cohesive vision and standard of care taken with regard to investment performance. He and his team are also responsible for the disposition process, as well as overseeing and guiding the roll out of initiatives once we acquire a new property.

Aaron started his real estate career in property management in 2008 and transitioned to Asset Management after earning his MBA from The University of Florida, Warrington College of Business in 2010. His experience both as a property manager and an asset manager has given him a unique skill set and an ability to approach operations with several viewpoints.
