Ron Burgess

Ron Burgess has work experience spanning from 2004 to 2021. Ron has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in the culinary industry. Ron started their career as a General Manager in STRATEGIC RESTAURANTS ACQUISITION CORPORATION, where they also served as a Human Resource Coordinator, MIS/IT/Loss Prevention personnel, and Risk Management Specialist. Ron then worked as a Dinner Chef/Special Events in Tri Delta Sorority and as an Executive Chef/Food Beverage Manager in DELTA CHI FRATERNITY L S U CHAPTER. Ron also worked as an Assistant Manager at Piccadilly Restaurants, where they were responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant. Additionally, they worked as a Line Cook at UNIQUE CUISINE CATERING and as a Kitchen Lead at City Group Hospitality. Recently, Ron has taken on the role of Head Chef at Upper Crust Food Service and College Chefs, LLC. Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated their skills in culinary creativity, menu planning, staff management, and customer satisfaction.

Ron Burgess has attended Louisiana State University and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. At Louisiana State University, they have not obtained a degree or specified a field of study. Similarly, at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, they have not completed a degree but has shown an interest in education by focusing on a field of study in "Containing Education." In addition to their education, Ron has obtained a certification as a ServSafe Protection Manager from the National Restaurant Association in April 2019.
