Jeremy Dahmen

Senior Scientist II at Conagen

Jeremy Dahmen has held a variety of roles in the scientific field since 2003. Jeremy began their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University in 2003, followed by a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University in 2005. In 2007, they were a Visiting Scientist at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Missouri. Jeremy then served as a Research Scientist in the Synthetic Biology Group at Matrix Genetics from 2013 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been a Senior Scientist II and Scientist at Conagen.

Jeremy Dahmen began their educational journey at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where they earned a B.S. in Microbiology with a Minor in Chemistry between 2001 and 2003. Jeremy then continued their studies at MTSU, earning an M.S. in Biology between 2003 and 2005. Finally, they completed their education with a Ph.D. in Molecular Plant Sciences from Washington State University between 2005 and 2010.
