Abou Bakri

Abou Bakri has a diverse work experience ranging from administrative roles to banking and consulting. They started their career as an Administrative Assistant at The Ohio State University, where they developed administrative processes and provided secretarial support. They then moved on to Fifth Third Bank, where they worked as a Personal Banker II, analyzing financial data, educating clients, and facilitating interactions. After that, they joined The Euphrates Institute as a Consultant, where they led the formation of a training manual and oversaw project schedules. They also served as an OHR Intern at the DC Office of Human Rights, resolving allegations of discrimination and researching case files. Currently, they are a Research Fellow at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and a Strategic Advisor (Volunteer) at Help Build Tomorrow.
