Ashley Johnson

Ashley Johnson, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Dimension Hospitality since March 2022. Previously, they held the same position at Speech Language and Educational Associates from October 2020 to April 2022. Ashley also has experience as a Human Resources Manager, having worked at SetPoint Medical from December 2019 to April 2020 and at BEHAVIORAL LEARNING NETWORK LLC from November 2018 to December 2019. Prior to these roles, they served as an HR Generalist at Harbor Rail Services Company, where they managed various HR functions such as benefits administration, leaves of absence, recruiting, and compliance with employment laws. Ashley's earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources/Legal Administrator at Mr. Stax Inc from February 2014 to April 2018 and as an HR Administrative Assistant at Barrington from January 2011 to January 2014.

Ashley Johnson, SPHR, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, attending from 2012 to 2014. Ashley is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University, with an expected completion in 2024. In February 2023, Ashley obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
