Stephanie Smarr

VP, Asset Management at Easterly Government Properties

Ms. Smarr serves as Vice President – Asset Management for Easterly Government Properties.

Ms. Smarr is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio, including managing the financial performance of the assets, property operations, leasing, capital planning and investment, and tenant satisfaction.

Ms. Smarr has 20 years of commercial real estate experience including asset management, acquisitions, leasing, business analytics, and corporate real estate. Prior to joining Easterly, Ms. Smarr was the Vice President of Asset Management for The Chevy Chase Land Company, where she oversaw day-to-day operations for a 1.8 million square foot portfolio of office, medical, retail, and multi-family properties. Ms. Smarr was responsible for completing over 500K square feet of new leasing worth over $180 million in revenue. Before The Chevy Chase Land Company, Ms. Smarr was a Principal Associate for Capital One and the Manager of Asset Management at First Potomac Realty Trust.

Ms. Smarr received her B.A. in Economics from the George Washington University.
