Jasper Hamming

Jasper Hamming has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jasper began their career in 2004 as an International Sales Support Manager at Gsus and later moved on to become the Sales and Operations Manager at Sixty Netherlands B.V. In 2009, Jasper co-founded Finc Online Marketing and served as the Operation Manager until 2012. Jasper then joined iProspect as a Digital Client Director, where they managed client teams, developed digital marketing strategies, and ensured the achievement of financial goals. After leaving iProspect in 2018, they worked as a Team Lead Digital Marketing at Dept Agency and as a Talent Development Manager a.i. at SDIM Online Marketing.

From 2020 to the present, Jasper has operated as a self-employed Talent Development Manager, working with organizations like Bol.com, Effectory, SDIM, and Nubis. In these roles, they focus on creating an environment for employees' optimal development and transparent performance evaluation. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Development Manager a.i. at Effectory, where they coached senior-level employees on their development and advised the organization on facilitating their growth.

Most recently, Jasper served as the People Lead - Platform Technologies a.i. at Bol.com, where they led a team of product owners and business analysts and contributed to the transformation towards product-led work. Currently, they are employed as the Head of People a.i. at Nubis - The Digital-Tech Agency, acting as a sparring partner for the management team and providing support for managers.

Jasper Hamming has a diverse education history. In 1996, they enrolled at Breda University of Applied Sciences and completed their Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study in 2001.

Jasper continued to seek further education and development opportunities throughout their career. In 2019, they attended de Baak and completed a Bachelor's degree in Coach Practitioner, focusing on coaching practices.

In 2021, Jasper enrolled at TMA, the Talent Development school, and earned a Professional degree in Talent Development in the same year.

In 2023, they went to Peoplewise and obtained a Certification in Working with the Smart Unconscious mind.

Additionally, Jasper has earned two additional certifications. In 2022, they became a Learned.io Implementation partner through Learned.io. Jasper also obtained a TMA Team Professional certification from TMA - the Talent Company in the same year.
