Artie Ford

Artie Ford has over 20 years of work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Artie is currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards and People Applications at EngageSmart, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HubSpot for 8 years, holding various roles including Sr. Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS, as well as Manager of Compensation and Benefits. Before joining HubSpot, Artie worked at Vistaprint as a Global Compensation Consultant and Senior Compensation Analyst. Artie also gained experience at CDM as a Senior Compensation Analyst and at Millipore as a Compensation Analyst and Compensation & Benefits Associate. Artie began their career as an intern at IBM.

Artie Ford completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Merrimack College, where they attended from 1997 to 2002. Artie then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Suffolk University, attending from 2006 to 2010.
