Caleb W.

Caleb W. has a diverse work experience with a background in research and microbiology. Caleb currently holds the position of Research Scientist at Food Safety Net Services since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Associate at the same company from May 2021 to September 2022. Caleb also served as a Sr. Microbiologist from December 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining Food Safety Net Services, Caleb worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from August 2017 to December 2019.

Caleb also gained experience as a Field Specialist at Tools & Services de México, where they installed orchards and vegetable gardens and collaborated with the government on a social and food development program from April 2017 to May 2017.

Additionally, Caleb worked as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Facultad de Agronomia, Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL) from January 2017 to March 2017, where they supervised a sensory evaluation laboratory and assisted in teaching a sensory evaluation course.

Caleb started their career with an internship at Griffith Foods from May 2016 to November 2016.

Caleb W. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Industry Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 2012 to 2016. Caleb later pursued a Master of Science degree in Animal Science, with a focus on Food Microbiology, at Texas A&M University from 2017 to 2019.
