Jennifer Lucas has over 15 years of experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles. Jennifer started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2004 and then worked as a Senior Recruiter at TMS Recruitment, specializing in the technology and telecommunications industry. In 2007, they joined Wadi Consultancy as a Senior Recruiter, focusing on technology recruitment.

In 2009, Jennifer joined Offshore Marine Services as a Senior Recruiter, where they focused on the oil and energy sector. Jennifer then moved on to Petrofac in 2010 as an HR Lead, working on oil and gas projects worldwide.

Jennifer joined Weatherford International in 2011 as the Regional Recruitment and Talent Manager for the Middle East and North Africa region. Jennifer then transitioned to Johnson Controls in 2013 as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for the Middle East, where they developed talent acquisition strategies and workforce plans.

In 2015, Jennifer joined Fosroc as the Global Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. Jennifer implemented recruitment initiatives and developed leadership development programs. Jennifer later became the Global HR Manager and then the Regional HR Manager for Asia Pacific before assuming their current role as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR management, and leadership development across various industries and regions.

Jennifer Lucas completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Hull from 2001 to 2004. Jennifer also obtained their A Levels in English Literature, Theatre Studies, Communication Studies, and General Studies from Redborne Upper School & Community College, Ampthill, Bedfordshire from 1999 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company, obtained their Chartered MCIPD - Level 7 from CIPD, and has certifications in CEB SHL Level A & B. Jennifer also holds qualifications in Personality Test User - Level 2, Test User: Occupational Ability Qualification, and Test User: Occupational Personality Qualification from The British Psychological Society.
