Diarmaid Cunningham

Diarmaid Cunningham is the current Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Company Secretary at ICON. Prior to this, they worked for A&L Goodbody from February 1999 to November 2009 where they held various positions such as Senior Associate, Associate, Lawyer & Trainee Lawyer. Cunningham qualified as a lawyer in 2001 and spent their time at A&L Goodbody focusing on areas such as mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, joint ventures and re-structurings.

Cunningham attended the Stanford Executive Program in 2015 at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Diarmaid qualified as a lawyer through the [Law Society of Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies from University College Dublin.
