Michelle Newton

Michelle Newton has extensive experience in the field of talent and organizational development. Michelle currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Talent & Organization Development at MillerKnoll since December 2021. Prior to that, Michelle served as Sr. Director, Talent at Kellogg Company from June 2020 to December 2021. From September 2017 to June 2020, they held the role of Director/Sr. Director, Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Michelle also has a significant tenure at Kellogg Company, where they worked from 2005 to 2017, holding various senior director positions in global people leadership and HR business partnership, as well as leading global learning and development initiatives. Before joining Kellogg, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at A.M. Todd Group, Inc. from 2001 to 2005 and held managerial roles at National City Bank from 1995 to 1998.
