Brian Lapos

Brian Lapos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Brian is currently working as the Senior Vice President - Canadian Growth and Strategy Lead at Mott MacDonald since September 2023. Prior to this, Brian held various positions at Wood, including SVP of Canada Operations, VP of Western Canada, Vice President - Infrastructure and Chief Technical Lead for Canada, and Vice President. At Wood, they were responsible for risk management, technical assurance, and delivery for the E&IS Canadian Business, as well as the strategic growth of Wood's infrastructure business across Canada. Before joining Wood, Brian worked at Golder as a Site Manager and Assistant Project Manager.

Brian Lapos holds a Master of Science degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Queen's University, which was completed in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Western University in 2002. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Professional Engineer (P.Eng) from Professional Engineers Ontario.
