Juan Antonio Rugerio

Juan Antonio Rugerio has over 9 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Juan Antonio currently holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Multiplica Talent, where they lead and develops strategies to hire top talent across various countries. Prior to this, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager - USA at Multiplica Talent, where they were responsible for managing the talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Juan's previous experience includes roles such as Digital Recruitment at Ready, US & MX Recruitment Lead at OEC Group, and Talent Acquisition & Diversity at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they demonstrated their expertise in developing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment teams, and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Juan Antonio also served as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Secretaría de Salud and the Project Manager at Mexico Media Lab. Juan started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at VIA Puebla.

Juan Antonio Rugerio has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla. Juan Antonio also completed their International Baccalaureate at Saint John's High School from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Juan has obtained several certifications including Scrum for Agile Project Management from the University of Maryland, Digital Transformation Strategy from Boston University, Happiness at Work from the University of California, Berkeley, Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact from Lynda.com, and Perito Traductor/Registered Translator from the Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ).
