Jason Headley

Jason Headley, CTDP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jason is currently working at OLG as the Director of Talent Development, a position they assumed in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Manager of Talent Development at OLG from October 2021 to April 2022. Before joining OLG, Jason worked at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited as a Training Advisor for six months in 2019. Jason also has experience in the gaming industry, having worked at Casino Rama Careers as an Organizational Development Supervisor from October 2018 to June 2019 and as an Organizational Development Specialist from January 2015 to October 2018. Jason's earlier work experience includes a role at IS2 Workforce Solutions as a CWMP Manager from May 2012 to September 2014 and a role as a VIP Coordinator at Casino Rama from March 2011 to May 2012. Jason began their career at Canada's Wonderland, where they worked as a Senior Operations Supervisor in Employee Services from October 2008 to March 2011. Jason Headley, CTDP has a diverse education history. Jason obtained a Gabegendaadowin Indigenous Studies degree from Algoma University in 2023. Additionally, in the same year, they completed the OLG - Rotman Leadership Succession Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. In 2020, they earned an Online Learning Design and Development Certificate from the Algonquin College International Education Centre. Prior to that, Jason completed a Teaching and Training Adults Certificate at Georgian College in 2018. Jason also holds a Business Diploma from Georgian College, which they obtained in 2008. Furthermore, Jason has received certifications as a DiSC Certified Trainer from Live to Learn in 2019, and as a Certified Training and Development Professional from The Institute for Performance and Learning in 2019. Jason also holds additional certifications as a 3M Certified Fit Test Trainer and a NetSpeed Certified Leadership Trainer.
