Doug Dishman started their career as an Account Executive at RightNow in 2000. Doug then became the Owner of Dishman Remodeling in 2001 before joining ON24 as a Webcast Manager in 2009. At ON24, they advanced to the role of Sr. Customer Success Manager - Strategic Accounts in 2011, Director of Customer Success in 2015, and Senior Director of Customer Success in 2019. In their roles at ON24, Doug was responsible for managing client relationships, delivering ON24 services, training new hires, and acting as a point of escalation when needed.
