Nick Landon

Nick Landon is an experienced executive in the logistics and postal services industry, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Royal Mail since October 2010. In this role, Nick oversees all commercial and service areas across the UK for Royal Mail Group, including Royal Mail Letters, Royal Mail Parcels, Royal Mail International, and Parcelforce Worldwide, managing a total value of approximately £7 billion. Prior to this position, Nick held various leadership roles at Parcelforce Worldwide, including Chief Customer Officer and Managing Director of Royal Mail Parcels, and was instrumental in strategy and customer experience as the Customer Experience Director and Sales & Marketing Director.
