Soumen Nag Choudhury

Soumen Nag Choudhury has extensive work experience in operations management, specifically in the BPO industry. Soumen is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Sagility. Prior to this, they held senior leadership positions at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, Sitel, and Genpact, where they demonstrated their expertise in managing operational responsibilities and driving performance improvement. Soumen also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

Soumen Nag Choudhury completed the Advanced Program in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2018. Soumen also obtained a degree in Hotel Management from the National Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Kolkata between the years 1990 and 1993.
