Andrew Stoeri

Andrew Stoeri has a comprehensive work experience in the construction and development industry. Andrew currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at ShopCore Properties, a Blackstone Company, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PREIT, where they held multiple roles. Andrew served as the VP of Construction from August 2020 to April 2022, Director of Construction from March 2018 to August 2020, and Sr. Project Manager from August 2016 to February 2018. Before joining PREIT, Andrew held the position of Project Manager at IMC Construction from October 2011 to August 2016, and at Grace Construction Management from January 2007 to September 2011.

Andrew Stoeri attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Andrew then went on to Temple University from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering. During their time at Temple University, Andrew also completed a minor in Mechanical Engineering and took graduate courses in Bio-Engineering.
