Kysha Fedd

Kysha Fedd, PhD has a diverse work experience background, starting as a Deputy at Gadsden County Sheriff's Office in 2005 and advancing to roles such as Lieutenant, Captain, and Crime Prevention Director. In 2012, they joined Zenith Education Group as a Criminal Justice Instructor before transitioning to Fedd Consulting as an Organizational Development Consultant. Kysha was also the Chief Strategy Officer at United States Virgin Islands Police Department, where they developed strategic plans. Currently, Kysha Fedd, PhD serves as the Director of Customer Success at ShotSpotter, Inc., focusing on enhancing customer experiences and optimizing the use of technology to reduce gun violence.

Kysha Fedd, PhD, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Kysha also obtained a Master of Applied Social Science in Public Administration from the same university. Additionally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Safety Leadership from Capella University. Kysha Fedd is also certified as a Florida Law Enforcement Officer by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
