Rachna Mohan

Rachna Mohan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachna'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sterlite Power, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Vice President of HR Ops and Compliances at the same company from February 2018 to June 2022.

Before joining Sterlite Power, Rachna worked as a Senior Manager of Human Capital at Max Estates Ltd from March 2016 to January 2018. Rachna also held the position of Human Capital Manager at Vana Retreats Private Limited (an affiliate of Max) from January 2012 to February 2016.

Rachna'searlier experience includes a role as a Manager of HR at Amanresorts from February 2009 to January 2012. Rachna also worked in the human resources department at SAK Consumer Retail Services Limited from July 2005 to March 2007 and at MetLife as a Regional Recruiter from September 2004 to March 2005.

Rachna'scareer began at SQL Star Intl Inc, where they served as an Assistant Manager of Sales from October 1998 to March 2002. Overall, Rachna has a strong background in human resources and has held various managerial positions throughout their career.

Rachna Mohan pursued their education at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management from 1996 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Human Resources. In September 2016, Rachna Mohan received a certification called "Hogan Certified" from Three Fish Consulting.
