Nikkie Dela Cruz

Nikkie Dela Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nikkie began their career as an HR Intern at Johnson Controls in 2011. Nikkie then joined Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) as a Customer Service Associate, where they built relationships with customers and resolved their concerns. In 2013, they joined Ark One Solutions Inc. as an HR & Admin Representative, taking responsibility for recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Nikkie later became an HR Officer and then an HR Supervisor at the same company. In 2020, Nikkie joined Tech One Global Ltd as a Human Resources Manager and subsequently became the People and Culture Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Tech One Global Ltd.

Nikkie Dela Cruz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from De LaSalle University - Dasmariñas and DLSU, from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters, and What's Next: Reinventing Work in the New Normal, all in March 2021.
