Cynthia Hitchens has over 30 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in product management and leadership positions. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Product Management at Thesis. Cynthia also worked at Compass Retail, Inc. as an Assistant Director, Business Systems, where they supported users and maintained property/asset management software.

Cynthia's career began at Raytheon as an Analyst, where they developed analytical skills and gained experience in the defense industry. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in product management, leadership, Agile methodologies, and driving innovation in the education and software industries.

Cynthia Hitchens holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Augusta State University. Cynthia also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the same institution.
