Ben Phillips

Ben Phillips currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Tourism Tasmania. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Manager People Strategy at the Department of Justice in Tasmania. With a background in psychology from the University of New England, Ben has a wealth of experience in employee experience roles at various Tasmanian government departments. Additionally, Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Tasmania.
