Stephen Guerra has over 15 years of professional experience in software development. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at the Texas Department of Transportation. During this time, they were responsible for roadway analysis software for four high-priority multi-billion dollar toll roads. Theirwork included ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server, LightSpeed ORM, ASMX Web Services, and Chart FX. Stephen has also been tech lead for the development of microservice infrastructure, and architect/lead developer for the API. Theirwork environment has included Web API, C#, MVC, WebForms, SQL Server, NHibernate, TeamCity, RabbitMQ, ELK stack, Docker, DockerMachine, Vagrant, Consul, Nginx, SOLR, and RabbitMq.

Stephen Guerra received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin between 2000 and 2005.
