Rachel Robinson has over 14 years of professional experience in the utility, energy, and technology industries. Rachel began their career in 2005 as a Consultant at Stroud Consulting, where they consulted for a range of clients and industries to increase throughput, quality, and efficiency. In 2007, Rachel joined Digitas as an Analyst before joining SunEdison as a Sales Analyst and Sales Engineer. At SunEdison, Rachel was responsible for directing technical responses, customer site visits, and coordinating subcontractors and internal engineering teams.

In 2010, Rachel moved to MEMC Electronic Materials as a Utility Development Engineer, where they were the technical lead for the sales team in growing the US Utility Scale Solar Market. In 2011, Rachel became a U.S. Fulbright Scholar and MBA Graduate from IE Business School.

In 2013, Rachel joined Opower as a Senior Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect, and Business Development Manager. Rachel then joined the World Resources Institute as a Utilities of the Future Research Specialist. In 2016, Rachel began their tenure at Oracle as a Senior Client Success Manager and Principal Solutions Architect.

Rachel is currently the Director of Utility Client Solutions and Utility Client Solutions at WeaveGrid, a position they have held since 2021.

Rachel Robinson attended Phillips Andover from 1997 to 2001. Rachel then earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University from 2001 to 2005. From 2011 to 2012, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from IE Business School. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
