Vic Kang

Vic Kang has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Vic is currently serving as the Director of Industrial Design at YETI since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at lululemon from November 2019 to July 2020 as a Design professional.

Before their position at lululemon, Vic worked at their own company, Victor Kang, as a Design professional from August 2018 to November 2019.

Vic gained significant experience working at SUGOI Performance Apparel, where they held the positions of Design Director from April 2016 to July 2018, and Senior Designer from August 2015 to April 2016.

Vic also worked at Patagonia as a Technical Design professional from September 2014 to July 2015.

Prior to this, they worked at Arc'teryx Equipment Inc. as a designer from October 2012 to August 2014 and as a designer from November 2006 to July 2014.

Furthermore, Vic worked at Eastern Mountain Sports as a pack designer from October 2005 to November 2006, at Design Bomb Solutions as a product designer from July 2004 to October 2005, and at RaceFace as a softgoods designer from October 2001 to July 2004.

Vic Kang attended the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on industrial design.
