Elizabeth Caristi

Elizabeth Caristi has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Elizabeth is currently the Director of People Experience at ButterflyMX® since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Aura as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner from August 2021 to February 2022. Elizabeth also served as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at 2U from December 2019 to July 2021 and as a Human Resources Business Partner from June 2018 to December 2019. Before that, they worked at TripAdvisor in various roles, including People Operations Business Partner from March 2017 to June 2018, HR Advisor from December 2012 to March 2017, and Sr. Recruiting Coordinator from February 2011 to December 2012. Elizabeth's earlier work experience includes a role as an Executive Assistant/HR Coordinator at iSkoot from May 2007 to December 2010.

Elizabeth Caristi attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and Communications. In December 2013, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
