Armando Soni

Armando Soni has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Armando started their career at Sodexo as the Director de Recursos Humanos from 2004 to 2007. Armando then joined Grisi Hnos as the Director of Human Resources from 2006 to 2011. Following that, they worked at Clariant Productos Quimicos, S.A. de C.V. as the HR Director from 2011 to 2013. Armando then transitioned to Clariant, where they held various roles including HRMS Lead LATAM and Head of Consulting Services LATAM from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development LATAM at Clariant. Most recently, they became the Head of Global Talent Management at Clariant in February 2019.

Armando Soni completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and Business from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México from 2004 to 2007.
