The Fund Accounting and Valuation team at Carta is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial reporting, accounting, and valuation of clients' investment funds. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting valuations of equity and other investments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The team works closely with fund controllers, accountants, and valuation analysts to deliver precise and timely financial information that supports informed decision-making for investors and fund managers.
